took the exam, la-dee-da

had to buy a new frame because going ten days without any glasses? no
was expensive ;o;

but dad still let me get two books from booksamillion
freaking heck, i had no clue that the spice & wolf novels were licensed! got volume 1 only though because omfg 10.99????
no slayers novels, no full metal panic novels, didn't look at karin(chibi vampire ... bah :|)'s novels because they're just side-stories to the manga, and since don't care enough to buy manga right now because i want stuff that takes some time to read... yeaah.
so after that i just browsed the sci-fi/fantasy area
...and just decided on a guildwars novel. didn't know they made those, either.

since the glasses seriously hit us hard, dad was like 'eat at mall food court. now.'
and heeeeey there's a japanese place!!!
with more than just sushi and steak!!!!
...oh they're out of miso soup.
...tempura shrimp, too?

i couldn't eat it all though it was just... ehhhh
dad tried to finish it and even he didn't care for it much, couldn't finish it either.

well okay i don't mind the place, the guy was really nice and offered us various little bits of chicken/whatever on toothpicks while we were deciding on food, which was cool.
think i'll try a chicken bowl next time.

...or just have miso soup & rice. heh.
